The End of an Era

We closed the Wylie studio earlier this year, with heavy hearts but with excitement for the future…

I spent 5 years in the same studio location. A 500 sq ft room that everyone said “I thought it was bigger!” when they would walk in HAHA!

We worked with hundreds of women and couples. Taught budding photographers how to be successful in their photography business, like me. Changed the color and textures of the studio walls and furniture more times than I can count. Spent over $80k on the client closet (yes, you read that number right). Shot both indoors /outdoors and really tested my boundaries/creativity as an artist. Turned paying clients into some of my best friends, simply by allowing them to be vulnerable in my space. I learned a lot about what not to do in business as well as superseded my own expectations as a business owner. I went viral many times filming silly reels that you all got to enjoy when things got shut down and the world seemed to have stopped for a moment…

I got to live out my boutique studio dreams but I am over the moon to get to travel to my clients now! We are still going to be shooting locally in Dallas in some new spaces as well as traveling to neighboring cities like Houston, and Austin (both highly requested). Now, this isnt to say we wont ever open up another space in the future but, for now this is our path and we are leaning in to the changes coming forth with open arms.

We just want to say a HUGE thank you from the bottom of our hearts for coming along with us on this journey and to reach out if you are wanting your own boudoir experience with us.
