There are not alot of places in Texas (at least near me), where you can get away with being half naked in the open.

This session was both challenging and so much fun. I got to work on this project with one of my favorite models Jordan Sena, this was our third time shooting together, and I swear each time its better and better. I told her to just bring several outfits to shoot in and to be prepared to get dirty and wet. Had it not been for some amazing connections in the industry I would have never found this location. Now that I have shot here, I probably wont take a real client there. Not only is it super sketch to get to, but there are some weirdos around, and typically when its just women by themselves in Dallas, its not a good call unless you have a background in martial arts hahaha

I cant remember what day we shot this, but I can tell you that the water was freezing, we were sweating and getting eaten alive by bugs and getting cat calls from the bedrock. We tried our best to get as many fire images in a matter of 2 hours before the sun went down. I think its safe to say that we nailed it! I do however remember Jordan saying that she was scared of drowning because the current was so strong, and the rocks weren’t very steady. She also mentioned her swimsuit being from SHEIN, and she did her own hair and makeup! I also distinctly recall her telling me wayyy later on, the next time that we shot together, that this shoot was the heaviest she had ever been and that she was totally insecure the whole shoot about her body. I am so happy she trusted in me in helping her feel beautiful EVEN AT her heaviest!
